SHANGHAI – October, 2025 – In a significant move to deepen international collaboration in the digital economy, Singapore-based Scantist, a leader in Application and AI Supply Chain Security, and Shanghai-based DaoCloud, a pioneer in Cloud-Native AI, today announced the signing of a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU). The signing ceremony was a key event at the 6th Singapore-Shanghai Comprehensive Cooperation Council (SSCCC) meeting held in Shanghai.
The agreement was witnessed by Mr. Gong Zheng, Mayor of Shanghai and Co-Chairman of the SSCCC, and Mr. Edwin Tong, Singapore's Minister for Law and Second Minister for Home Affairs and Co-Chairman of the SSCCC. The collaboration marks a pivotal step in strengthening the digital and technological ties between the two cities, especially as Singapore and China celebrate the 35th anniversary of diplomatic relations this year.

This strategic partnership brings together two industry leaders to address the escalating security challenges in the era of Cloud-Native and AI. As software supply chains grow more complex and generative AI introduces new threats like model abuse and sophisticated vulnerabilities, traditional security measures are no longer sufficient. This collaboration aims to deliver a new generation of security solutions to meet the explosive growth in the global market for AI software supply chain and infrastructure security.
